Offer seemed too good to be true but after 12 days my new car did show up at my house at the advertised price. Process was very streamlined, customer service was easy to reach and very helpful.

New VW EV Business Lease
The overall service provided by Carparison was excellent. Just a few small areas in their process could do with a polish. Having ordered two vehicles from them the second required a personal guarantee from one of the directors. This in itself wasn't a problem, but the two cars then went down individual order routes and it wasn't possible to identify which was which when we got the paperwork through the online portal(s). When asked for driving licenses and delivery addresses, these had to be provided more than once because, unable to accurately identify each car by colour or registration, the incorrect details were given first time round. Other than this, the staff are friendly, extremely helpful, and the delivery of the vehicles was straight forward. They were able to offer us the best overall price at the time, for both the business lease and the maintenance package.

Slightly Disappointed
Very good on the whole except for the fact that the car I originally ordered was not the one I received. Obviously not Carparison's fault but disappointing all the same. GTX ordered for delivery in early March then told not available until late April or May then told there would be a price rise? I had signed a contract and agreed a price, I thought? Anyway the car I have is fantastic and it is less per month than the GTX.
