Carparison again ole ole
Super polite, very efficient for a smooth transaction I would definitely recommend carparison. My car was in stock and delivered to my home within 14 days by a wonderful gentleman from Tesla. Not intrusive or pushy, carparison treated us first class and made ordering our new car seemless. Keep up the great work guys!

Poor delivery
Everything went well up until the day of delivery. Was told csr eould be here between 4-5, then 6, it finally turned up at 8pm. If i hadnt have chased in the afternoon after no communication im not sure jt would have even turned up. The driver was keen to leave wasnt shown any of the controls or even got to turn the engine on. It also wasnt cleaned when it arrived and so was a disappointing experience

The delivery is handled by a third-party provider and is outside of our direct control, however, we completely understand that this does not excuse the lack of communication you experienced from them. Up until the delivery day, everything from our Carparison team appears to be on track with a short lead time so it is sad to hear the handover did not meet the standard we aim to uphold. I have sent you an email directly regarding the car not being cleaned prior. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers and we’ll be passing your feedback to the relevant parties to ensure it’s taken seriously and improvements are made. Vehicle Delivery
The process was extremely easy. The staff kept in touch, and informed you at every step of each phase, their knowledge of your contract was explained and confirmed at each step. The only gripe I had was the delivery charge £135 and I stay in Central Scotland not the Islands.

With regards to the delivery fee, unfortunately this was out of our hands. The dealers use transport companies who have self-employed employees who will do their upmost to keep the car in good condition, valet it before delivery and drive from different locations across the UK so the £135 delivery helps to cover fuel and the services provided as well as the delivery drivers time. After reviewing your account, it seems it only took under 3 weeks for you to receive your car which is brilliant! I hope you enjoy your new car and have many happy trips. 😊
Brilliant service. Kept us informed every step of the way and customer service team answered any questions promptly. Day of delivery was really smooth and I was contacted an hour in advance of the delivery which was really helpful.

Leasing give it a try
The service was very good. The customer experience team were very helpful ana supportive. They fully explained the whole process and were quick to reply to anything questions we asked.

Good but some flaws
Minimal explanation from delivery driver ref car could only explain how to start the car and lock doors-would have expected more Small scratch on wing and door also but no area on acceptance form to highlight Otherwise very easy process from start to finish with a quick delivery date of 4 weeks

A very professional company to deal with
Very helpful, kept me informed of progress on a regular basis. All the people I spoke to were very helpful, returned calls promtly when needed and kept me up to date at all times. The were always pleasant, courteous and very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Competitive pricing for this car. Whole process was quick and efficient. No high pressure sales tactics like you get in car dealership garages. I would use carparison again

Great service from start to finish, including after service!
Great service from start to finish, including after service when I had some minor issues that needed remediating. Cian in particular has been very helpful. I will definitely look to come back to Carparison when my lease expires in a couple of years.
