Duplication
The people at Carparison were very helpful and friendly. However there did seem to be a lot of duplication when it came to the process of signing documents and proof of identity. Appreciate that part of this was the finance aspect of the process but it was very frustrating. We are pretty familiar with technology but would have proved very difficult for people who are not.

We can appreciate sometimes it may feel like lots of duplication, we have looked through your order and can see that on this occasion the lender requested "wet" sign documents. All our lenders & partners have our customers data and fraud protection at the very forefront of all they do, this can mean sometimes re-sending some documents for clearer pictures or slightly different detail than that sent originally. With ever advancing technology it isn't easy for all and we would be sure one of friendly and professional Customer Experience team should be able to guide you through your journey and get you in to your new car with ease should it be necessary.
A great price
The price was really good and the people were very engaging and friendly. There was a bewildering amount of paperwork to e-sign, most of which arrived in close succession making it difficult to track what had been signed... seemingly far more than with previous vehicles we've leased, but I appreciate that legislative requirements have changed and it was very comprehensive and thorough. Unfortunately, the vehicle arrived dirty, not just from the delivery journey but from storage at the dealership...the lovely delivery driver was apologetic, it wasn't a big issue and not the leasing company's fault - and it's certainly a lot more grubby now - but it would have been nice if the shiny new thing arrived shiny.

New Volvo V60
Excellent service, very efficient and trustworthy company. After a huge disappointment with another leasing company who did not delivered the car I ordered by the agreed date, I was very happy with the prompt process of getting this car. The people I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The car was delivered at the pre-agreed date and time by a highly professional representative of the dealership.

I felt I had to call and chase for updates alot.

Your supplying dealer use their own delivery booking team, and we are beholden to them to contact you to arrange your delivery.
