First time leasor
This is the first time I have leased a car. From the onset it has been very straightforward and stress free. I contacted Carparison by phone having initially sourced the deal through leaseloco. I spoke to Kira, who was very friendly and helped me locate the Genesis with the trim and colour I wanted. After that I was in regular contact with their team, who guided me through the process, provided a delivery date. The car duly arrived on the day. I have been delighted as to how easy it has all been. Thank you Carparison

Absolutely superb - great communication, very clear helpful website and portal. Martyna and Courtney were brilliant, making the whole process seamless. Would heartily recommend and hopefully they will sort out my next car in a couple of years. Thank you

Great Service, from first phone call to delivery, the deal was as advertised on the web site with no hassle, had a slight issue with delivery which was sorted out straight away & gave me great confidence in the whole process

Outstanding from start to finish.
Outstanding from enquiry, through to order and delivery. First contact on a Saturday morning, initiated the order, took delivery of my newly registered car 9 days later. Excellent communications throughout, speedy responses and updates, I couldn't fault the service.

Simple, easy and guided. Everyone was very responsive and worked with me to find a vehicle that could be delivered before the end of my other lease - and in the configuration I wanted too.

Our first time leasing, and Carparison could not have been more helpful or efficient. We were left feeling, this is way too easy, and surely it is too good to be true! But here we are with our lovely brand new car on the drive!!

Marcus was brilliant in getting the deal sorted for me! I then dealt with Courtney who was also great and kept me updated through the whole process! Delivery was easy and the delivery driver went through the car in detail and answered all my questions! Brilliant service start to finish

The service received from start to finish was excellent. I can't fault this company. Every question/query answered promptly and clearly explained. From the start an initial enquiry, there was no hassle no pushy sales people. And the delivery of our new car in very stormy weather was very prompt and kept up to speed with exact time of delivery.
