Delivery not met and car changed
The service at the beginning was great however the actual car I was promised and I insured myself for didn't turn up, The car was changed from white to gold and complete different registration, so I had to alter my insurance, wait another week for the car and take another day off work for the actual delivery.

We strive to make our customers journeys smooth, and on this occasion we were both let down and we would like to apologise again. I am glad though that you now have the same model car and trust you will enjoy many happy miles.
Very easy to talk to people about anything I needed to know.

Loving my new car from Carparison!
Great experience with Carparison. The car I wanted was not available in the colour I'd selected, but i was offered suitable alternatives and it was available within my required timescales. Everything was smooth with delivery, the only minor complaint I have is that the car was not particularly clean when it was delivered which made it difficult to check over (only reason I have reduced to "Good" in the star ratings). I'm loving the car and feel I got a good value for money deal with a straightforward application process.

As the vehicle is delivered by a third party logistics company on behalf of the supplying dealer, we do not have sight of the vehicle before it reaches you so we completely understand your disappointment. If you experience this with a future lease, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to raise this with the supplying dealer and request a valet where appropriate. Excellent service from start to finish
From start to finnish I had excellent service, I was a little worried as the price was so good I thought was it a scam, so I checked it out on trust piolet and the reviews were excellent, the price for my lease was much less than other sites and the correspondence was brilliant I got a email through out the process explaining every step. The car came a week earlier than I was told so that was a bonus, im very happy with my new car, I woukd definitely reccomend them. I got a mgs6 trophy and its brilliant

Transparent and Straightforward
Carparison is a broker rather than a leasing company - a middleman. They receive a commission (included in the quoted price NOT extra) for putting the lease company and the customer in contact, and they ensure that the admin side of things is undertaken. The service they provide is very good, transparent and uncomplicated. Their website is clean and easy to use and their communication, both by phone and email, is excellent. I'm happy, and I'll use them again, providing that the two year lease tenure goes without a hitch. I don't foresee any problems at all.

Damaged rear light
Rear light on the car was damsged when it arrived. This was informed to carparison who have done their best to sort this out. This is supposedly to be carried out by a dealet under warranty. Doubt if this will happen. However the service from Chole and Roison has been very good with all question answered quickly.

We have been advised that this is a manufacturer defect and that it should be repaired under warranty by your local main dealer. If you do experience any issues with this, please do let us know. Very good service. Although it was not their fault the delivery time was not accurate.

Just what I Hoped
I ordered a Polestar 4 at a much better price than anywhere else I could find and then the order crossed over the quarterly price changes so I feared it was going to be too good to be true. However, the price didn't change and it turned out to be an excellent experience with no problems, price changes and only a minor delay due to the quarterly update but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a problem. Overall, with all the review culture and recommedations we have to live with these days, I have a much simpler one: "Would I use them again?" "Yes"
