Great initially but once fee paid they go very quite Still no nothing about when or where car will be maintained

Having reviewed your journey with us, I am unfortunately unable to see where this may have happened. However, if you were ever looking for an update or had any questions, our Customer Experience team would have been more than happy to assist. With regards to your maintenance package, this is managed by your funder. They will typically send a welcome pack once your agreement has gone live, which usually takes around 10-15 days after the vehicle has been delivered. We are also pleased that we were able to deliver your new vehicle within just two weeks of you placing your order. Excellent communication up to the delivery of the car. The delivery driver was not very friendly. A man of few words & fast food bag in the car. He did take it away with him at least. Apart from that, overall a simple process.

Frist time leasing
Slow at frist after calling for information on vehicle was told unable to find car .quick alternative was found and delivered with in a week

Helped answer my queries and easily accessible through both phone and emails. Provided step by step guidance throughout the process. Delivery updates were provided and followed up post delivery to check everything was okay, despite third party delivery company not taking delivery note.

Excellent service and quick delivery
Excellent service. All the people I spoke to and had communications with were clear, friendly and professional. Importantly for me they had a large choice of cars to lease in stock. Many of the big leasing companies seem to focus on factory ordered cars with a long wait time. The car I ordered was with me in two weeks which is great service.

Excellent service
From start to finish, Carparison did a great job. From having cars on amazing lease offers, through to direct contact when I showed an interest in a car, answering all my questions and providing information, service was excellent. Paperwork came through promptly and was clearly worded, and the car was delivered in perfect condition very quickly. I was really impressed with how speedy and efficient the operation was and the transparent pricing making it clear where your money was going.

Increasing disappointment
We have our car, 4 days late, but no wheel locking nut and no vehicle log book.

We are sorry to hear that parts of your journey did not meet your expectations, and we have taken the time to review your journey. With regard to the delivery, we understand there may have been some confusion around the initial date discussed. The supplying dealer had initially advised they were booking in deliveries from 12th June to which you requested the 16th June. However, their third-party delivery company later advised that this would not be possible due to the distance involved. As a result, this date was never formally booked or confirmed. Following this, the earliest available delivery date then offered by the dealer was 19th June. This date was agreed with you and subsequently confirmed, and we are pleased that the vehicle was delivered successfully on that day. In relation to the locking wheel nuts, we have checked with the supplying dealer, who has confirmed that these are not included as a standard factory-fitted item on this vehicle. Additionally, as your funder is the registered keeper and owner of the vehicle, the vehicle log book is not issued to them directly. If there is anything further we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
