Highly recommended
First class service. Simon handled everything from first contact to final delivery very professionally, kept in regular conract with delivery updates. Simon guaranteed delivery with 4 weeks and certainly kept his promise. Highly recommend Carparison if you need a new car leasing deal.

Generally fabulous
Generally great experience, Lauren was very helpful and somebody is always available on the phone. Couple of minor problems with the car still waiting to be sorted, but generally my whole experience has been excellent.

Good Service
Pretty good, but did have to chase
Great Price, efficient service, responses are quick and polite. Lauren was always helpful. Only let down by some communications that were missing which meaned I had to chase. Issues with VWFS probably hasn't made the process an easy one for them as they caused delays.
Thank you for your 4* feedback.We do apologise that during VWFS's external problems causing us delays we missed our usual touchpoints offering updates, We are also sorry that you felt you had to chase. We firmly believe our journeys should be easy and because of matters out of our control there were a few bumps along the way. Now you have your new car we know once you're used to it you will be blown away, in our opinion a fantastic choice .

Great service and I was kept updated well about the delivery of my car - in spite of issues with VW Financial Services which meant delivery was delayed.

the whole process was so easy! even when i became ill and was un able to sign paperwork it was easily adapted so someone else could on my behalf! I couldn't be more grateful for the service I'd received. Now driving around in my new car!

Dedicated customer experience champion
My dedicated customer experience champion (Jasmine) was assigned to me by yourselves. The introduction when placing an order says to contact them if you have any questions etc. I understand the issue with VWFS was beyond your control, but being without a vehicle and not knowing what was going on was stressful. Sadly on trying to contact my dedicated customer experience champion I was never able to speak to her when I phoned and never phoned me back if I requested to speak to her. This simply is a failure of your customer service that you promote so highly. Either don’t offer a single point of contact or ensure they are!! This was my first experience of leasing and really very disappointed with the whole experience.
