Thank you for taking the time to leave us your 3* feedback. We are really pleased to hear that your initial experience with your salesperson was positive and that you found our admin team to be friendly and helpful. We would also like to thank you for recommending us as this is much appreciated. However, we are sorry that the vehicle handover let your experience down. Unfortunately, this is one part of the customer journey that we do not have direct control over. As discussed, we raised your concerns with the supplying dealer, who has since confirmed a plan of action to resolve the issues. We understand it is frustrating that it cannot be sorted straight away, but the dealer has to rely on third party companies to carry out remedial work, so resolutions are not always immediate. With regards to the handover, as the supplying dealer uses a third party delivery company, the drivers are purely logistics agents rather than product specialists and therefore, have very basic knowledge of the car. This is outlined in the email sent the day before delivery titled 'Important Information Regarding Your New Vehicle'. Thank you again for your feedback. We are sorry your handover did not meet expectations, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We hope you enjoy your new vehicle and wish you many happy miles ahead!

With regards to your maintenance package, this is managed by your funder. They will typically send a welcome pack once your agreement has gone live, which usually takes around 10-15 days after the vehicle has been delivered. We are also pleased that we were able to deliver your new vehicle within just two weeks of you placing your order.
