Efficient from start to finish
From the enquiry email to the delivery of my car I was met with a speedy, professional service. From initial email to delivery was approx 3 weeks and the process was very simple and not onerous. Based on my experience I would recommend Carparison to anyone.

Very efficient and easy process
Efficient and speedy process. People we dealt with were very helpful. One thing that should change is that although we were told to take our time checking over the car the driver had to hurry to pick up another vehicle so we were handed the keys and he left. Drivers need to be given time to let us check over the vehicle.

Saved me a load of waitikng
Stepped into the breach when my original order with a different supplier suffered delays due to the microprocessor shortage. Did everything to ensure a smooth change and kept to each deadline as promised

Its all taken longer than normal due to Covid but has been delt with very professionally The person i arranged all with Matt Measor was very helpful and kept us updated at all times very professional and the guy that derived was also very helpful and kept us up to date with everything

I did feel guilty about switching from my regular leasing company to carparison but the price and the service were worth it! Clare got me a great deal at a great price. The communication was great from the general enquiry all the way to the delivery of the car. The car arrived earlier than promised, which worked well in my favour. I may just have become a returning customer! The only issue I had is the car arrived extremely dirty and also with numerous surface scratches. However, Clare & Louise are in the process of getting this rectified. If this hadn’t had happened I would definitely have rated them 5*

Really impressed with the service from start to finish.
Carparison offered an efficient service. All my questions were answered promptly by polite courteous staff whether it was the leasing or admin team.

Very good, bit more info please
I would recommend and use them again. The only reason for 4 stars is I could have used more info regarding dealer delivery, service intervals, who to contact etc. Louise at Carparison did answer some of these and was very helpful throughout the process.
