Outstanding Customer Service and Experience
the team were exceptionally patient and helpful with our new vehicle needs, the process was not straight forward and requirements changed several times but this did not stop Tom & Chris providing outstanding customer service. We now have a cracking Truck at a competitive price and an extremely happy driver!

A breath of fresh air
Superb service from start to finish. Having lost faith in the car leasing industry after being messed around by numerous other brokers, I spoke to Simon Hendley at Carparison on a saturday morning. He was quick to reply, accurate in any correspondence and we got the deal sorted really quickly, it was totally painless. The car arrived promptly after completing the order paperwork and Jasmine in the customer experience team was also great with her communication and help. Would highly recommend Carparison and particularly Simon to anyone who wants an honest & reliable broker to get the job done & not over promise.

Easy and good value for money
Excellent. Very easy and clear with the process and costs. Were about 5% cheaper than the next cheapest for the exact same car. Sam Andrew’s dealt with my enquiry and was great. Would highly recommend.

A fabulous car leasing company!
Excellent company to work with. I needed to source a lease vehicle quickly as one I had in place fell through. Within two weeks of my initial phone call, my new car had arrived. They were courteous, professional and easy to get hold of and talk to. I am incredibly impressed and would thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent price and customer service
Every person we had dealings with from start to finish were extremely helpful, efficient and professional. They answered all our questions clearly and promptly. The price of our lease car was the best price out there. We would definitely recommend using CARPARISON and would do so again if we decided to renew our lease and the car and price was right again.

Great Service but tainted by poor third party involvement
The selection, order process, documentation is very good, they helped with choice & explained everything very well. However what let them down was delivery which is handled by a third party, firstly there was no charging cable supplied that was suitable (they supplied one with a 3 pin plug attached - we have a home charger, which we advised them about) & secondly the delivery driver came by himself & the first we knew that he needed a lift to a station is when he asked for a lift... we live 30 mins away from a station & have no public buses close!!!

We are therefore investigating this with our third party as a priority and will update you via email when we have their response. Fantastic service
On delivery my car had a minor fault - the delivery driver took it back to the dealer to mend The staff were very sympathetic and apologetic although is wasn’t their fault. A rental car arrived to tide me over without me having to ask for it. The staff have been very friendly from my first contact with Ben through to the organisational skills of Jasmine. I felt that I could trust them.
