A Great Introduction To Leasing
I was kept updated throughout the process. Each time I had a query, I received a response extremely quickly. The car was delivered as promised by Gerald, who talked me through the car's details. Superb service all round.

Everything was very easy, the process went smoothly and was made clear. Although costs on finance agreement didn't initially match with the order form, and car did arrive very dirty, however understandable due to the state of the roads and journey distance.

Having reviewed your file, I can see that you had to be reissued finance documents because of a quote reference error our side. It’s absolutely justified us being marked down for that and I’m keen to convey our apologies again, but I am also pleased to see that our team rectified it within just a few working hours. We do also understand having your car arrive in less than shiny condition taints the handover experience. As you note, this is weather/distance dependent, but again we appreciate its less than perfect. We hope you continue to love your new Volvo EX30 and we’re always here if you need us. Terrible third party delivery service, however Carparison is very helpful
My car did not arrive on the day it was supposed to, and I did not even receive any notice of this. I was not emailed or phoned to tell me the delivery could not be completed, and I had to wait two days to get into contact with them because it was a bank holiday. However, the customer service was phenomenal, especially two women named Kirsty and Chloe who I was emailing about the failed delivery. They were so efficient and organised the delivery for my car the next day after they had seen that my car had not been delivered. I would recommend Carparison to anyone, however the third party they used to deliver is not great. I did not even receive an apology for the missed delivery from them, however Carparison were very apologetic.

Friendly service but some enquiries fell through the cracks
Friendly service with mostly prompt responses and no major errors. Issues with my personal account handler being away at crucial moments, which delayed the process and a suspiciously accurate suspected phishing email has never been explained.

I can see you were supported by a number of agents during your order considering annual leave over the festive period. Which, although unavoidable and only a last resort, can understandably be frustrating. You were very detailed and generous in your interactions - we thank you for that and your thread will be reviewed by our comms team to inform future improvements. We should have responded to your concerns around the phishing email – there are no identified vulnerabilities our side or any other reports of the same, we referred it to the dealer so they could investigate too. But we absolutely should have communicated better here, and I am sorry about that. If you haven’t already, we’d recommend changing your email password.
